Athletes receive training that increases performance in their specific sport!

Sessions are customized to develop sport specific movement patterns and improve general strength and conditioning, as well as build team camaraderie.

Congratulations to Malachi Stratton of Sussex Central!

Malachi earned his first state record in the 106 pound division at the DIAA Individual State Wrestling Championship in February 2022! He participated in a LK FITNESS & CrossFit Unlocked wrestling conditioning camp this past fall leading into his approaching season. Such a hard worker and great kid! Keep it up Malachi and get ready for your 2nd State title next year!!
