CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel a session as needed — however, please note that appointments can’t be rescheduled or cancelled more than twice in a row. A third reschedule will count as a used session.

To respect everyone’s time, sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or no-shows will also count as a used session.


REFUND POLICY

MONTHLY TRAINING:

Your monthly training subscription starts with a 3-month commitment, then rolls into a month-to-month plan after that.

If you decide to pause or stop training during those first 3 months, we’re not able to issue refunds. However, you’ll keep a credit for any unused sessions that you can use later on.

After your first 3 months, your plan continues monthly. If you’d like to cancel, just give at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date to avoid another charge.
(For example: if you don’t plan to train past month three, please let us know before month two ends.)

PAY IN FULL and other PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES:

If you’ve paid for a 3-month package, or any other package, and decide to take a break or stop training, we’re not able to offer refunds for unused sessions. However, those sessions will stay as a credit on your account, and you’re welcome to use them later when you’re ready to return.


Please note that all purchased yet unused sessions expire 18 months from purchase date

I want you to commit to yourself and your own fitness journey by giving yourself time to make the real changes you’re after! I want to support and encourage results that last. Physiological and mental adaptations don’t happen overnight.
