Kristin Klerlein
Hello! I’m Kristin.
My love for fitness started at a young age through competitive cheerleading and ballet, which I continued throughout high school. After graduating, I explored different types of training and exercise before discovering CrossFit in 2014—and I was hooked.
Over the years, I developed a passion for strength training and Olympic lifting. Olympic lifting has become my specialty and one of my greatest passions.
I’m excited to now offer personal training to help people reach their individual fitness goals, whether that’s building strength, improving overall fitness, gaining confidence in the gym, or learning and developing their Olympic lifting technique.

Lael Kelley
Hello! I’m Lael.
My fitness journey began back in high school, running on the treadmill and doing circuit workouts I found on Bodybuilding.com while my parents lifted and took classes at our local Powerhouse Gym in Salisbury, MD. They were a big influence in helping me build a consistent exercise routine. I didn’t realize it then, but those early runs, spin classes, and lifting sessions laid the foundation for what would become my lifelong passion for fitness.
As the years went on, I became increasingly serious about training—not just the body, but the mind. I’ve always loved total-body workouts, and that passion led me to Fit Body Boot Camp, where I trained multiple times a week (and sometimes twice a day!). That experience pushed me to explore something new and a little intimidating at the time—CrossFit. Since the summer of 2017, I’ve been training hard, learning, and growing in CrossFit and functional fitness gyms across the Eastern Shore.
I graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Exercise Science and went on to coach CrossFit classes and intern at SBYFit (formerly CrossFit Salisbury). Later, as Head Personal Trainer at CoreLife Healthcare in Millsboro, DE, I had the privilege of working one-on-one with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels—from beginners and older adults to those managing diabetes, recovering from injuries, or simply striving to feel strong and confident again.
In September 2021, I opened LK FITNESS to bring my own approach to personal training—one rooted in connection, education, and sustainable change. I believe that building healthier lives isn’t just about exercise—it’s about creating meaningful transformation, inside and out.

Hello! I’m Lidy.
Fitness has always been part of my story. I grew up in a family where movement and fitness were always around me—my mom practiced gymnastics when she was younger, my grandfather was a professional boxer, and my uncle was a Physical Educator and personal trainer. So… I guess you could say it was in my blood!
In 2021, I started CrossFit to try something different, move my body, and find a healthy way to release stress and emotions. What I didn’t expect was to find a lifestyle, a community, and honestly… my favorite therapy session.
Since then, I’ve competed, built strength, challenged myself, and discovered how powerful training can be for the body, mind, and confidence.
Now, as a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach, Life Coach, and Personal Training Student, my mission is to help others get stronger, feel better, and realize they’re capable of more than they think.
